Handling and Processing
Orders placed in Zimbabwe are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you need to make a change to the shipping address, please feel free to reach us directly via telephone or e-mail.
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days, please feel free to reach us directly.

Shipping rates are determined based on the courrier service that is chosen at checkout. Most orders take approximately 2 business days to arrive (this excludes international orders).

Free Shipping Option
All orders over $50 (within the Zimbabwe) are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping generally takes 2-3 business days, depending on geographical location. Please note, orders must be $50 before taxes and shipping. If using a discount code, orders must total $50 after the discount has been applied.
