First things first – that bass though! That bass can probably save lives! But don’t close the page yet if beats don’t mean that much to you because there’s a message in there too; a message that ladies should probably not take lightly. Musataurise, please.
The song is a tad bit repetitive but if you get past that, you’ve got yourself a solid hip hop banger. ‘Loud’ is perfect for those moody days and “them days flexin on peasants”. At this point, I should probably add that the rhymes are definitely worth your time; because they’re worth mine! (See what I did there?)
Also, there’s a part in there that talks about rising up from the waters with brand new tricks – and who doesn’t love a good comeback story. And if we’re being completely honest, this song is exactly what the Zimbabwean Hip Hop scene needs. We’re gradually approaching international standards; long story short – ‘Loud’ is a solid vibe and our future is golden.
