VI THE LAW – M.B.A.M.A

Perhaps we can start this off by unpacking what the word “Mbama” actually means, just in case you don’t get the meaning from the song itself. A “Mbama” is a slap, and so yeah there is no hidden message to decrypt whatsoever. The song slaps (allegedly). Period! There is so much going on in this song, you might just get lost within the layers of sirens and machine guns (and possibly choppers). So yes, the song is quite peculiar, but perhaps that is how art ought to be.
