At long last, Queen Vee has decided to come to the phone; and we couldn’t be happier. She’s not just back but she’s back with (you guessed it) a band (or is it a banger?) If we’re being honest, we were not ready for this one, but then again it is written somewhere “For she will return, and they will know not what hit them”. One of my favourite things about Queen Vee’s “Vavengi” is that it actually sounds unapologetically Zimbabwean!
